South Coatesville Fire

Shortly after dinner time the box assignment was dispatched to South Coatesville for the house fire. Engine 43-1 and Ladder 41 arrived first with smoke showing and fire visible on a window on the side of the house. Crews stretched an 1 3/4 handline and put a quick knock on the fire. The entire window and window frame were removed and crews checked the rest of the house for extension and any smoke.
