2-4-2022 - Jewell Ave - Caln Township - Reported House Fire

Companies were dispatched to Jewell Ave in Caln Township for a reported house fire. Caller stated they could see flames and smoke from an upstairs window. Chief 38 arrived with nothing showing. Engine 46-1 arrived as the first due engine and laid a supply line up the street from the hydrant and stretched an 1 3/4 handline to the front door. Crews made entry and found it to be an unattended candle and the assignment was scaled back.
