Reeceville Rd & Fisherville Rd - MVA - Caln Township

Caln - Firefighters and EMT’s responded to Reeceville Rd & Fisherville Rd at 1:30pm on Friday afternoon for a single vehicle accident into a pole and guardrail. EMT’s from Washington Hose arrived and found a partially handicapped male driver injured in the vehicle with his wheelchair wedged up behind his seat making it difficult to remove him from the vehicle. Firefighters from Thorndale and VA Hospital arrived and assisted with removal of the patient. Once removed firefighters were also able to dislodge the patients wheelchair for him. Caln Police were also on scene investigating the accident.
